Salvaron este bonito edificio curvo victoriano (que data de 1862) que iba a ser derruido en junio de 2008. Es un pub moderno con una amplia historia y que combina techos victorianos y amplias ventanas con el ladrillo visto y los suelos de madera. Tiene un pequeño patio y, en la planta de arriba, algunas habitaciones y una terraza. Sirven estupendas cervezas Real Ale y comida casera. Cheers!

Hanno salvato questo bell'edificio curvo in stile vittoriano (del 1862), che doveva essere abbattuto nel 2008. È un pub moderno con una lunga storia. Soffitti vittoriani e grandi finestre con mattoni a vista e pavimento di legno. C´è un piccolo cortile e, al piano di sopra, alcune stanze e una terrazza. Hanno ottime birre Real Ale e cucina casalinga. Cheers!
The owner of this pub is Real Brewing Pub Company. They have 4 pubs in Derby and The Tap was the first one. They saved this beautiful Victorian curved building (dating back to 1862) from the clutches of the bulldozers in June 2008. It is a modern pub but has a rich past and combines Victorian ceilings and big windows with exposed brickwork and wooden floors. There is a small yard; and there are also small rooms upstairs and a roof terrace. They serve great Real Ale beers and homemade food. Cheers!
